U of T Campus: St. George Position
Description: The Office of Student Life is hiring two Ulife Assistant positions. One assistant will be responsible for the management of the online Ulife database, ensuring that it is as accurate and free from redundancies as possible in the listing of all campus organizations at U of T. They will be responsible for providing services to recognized campus groups.
The second Ulife Assistant position will be responsible for testing and developing aspects of the Ulife website in order to provide a list of areas where improvements may be required. This may require working with IT, web developers, and other staff. The tester will be required to update the Ulife services regarding Course Unions and Student Societies.
Ulife Assistants will be responsible for enhancing the content on pages of the Ulife site, while also ensuring the site is accessible to all visitors in terms of navigation, using feedback from users. This may also include managing service approvals for campus groups’ requests for web services. Problem solving and computer skills will be crucial for these positions.
This position will be working collaboratively with all positions within Campus Organization Services on delivery of services and programs housed at 21 Sussex Avenue.
Hours of work available/week: 12
