Council on Student Services (COSS)
The Council on Student Services consists of student and University representatives whose mandate is to enhance the student experience by promoting the provision of efficient and effective student services. The Council’s key function is to advise Governing Council, through its advice to the University Affairs Board, on policy regarding many student services and to review the operating plans of those services.
