Feeling stressed? Learn the causes, positives and negatives of stress and methods to keep your stress at an optimal level for enhanced performance, comfort and calm.
Tuesday, February 11 from 1 – 3 p.m.
Learn project management principles and methods you can apply to your project, writing, experiment or thesis. Includes methods to help you stay organized, manage change, stick with your plan, accrue sign-off, and finish in good time.

"I'll do it tomorrow..." We all know the experience! Learn causes of procrastination and exercises and strategies to help you reduce procrastination and enjoy greater productivity, efficiency and peace of mind.

We will discuss university writing and cover tips, tricks and ongoing strategies to make your writing more peaceful, productive and positive. Reduce the mystery, meet others, and do a little breathing and a little writing - with less fright.
