  • Learn to manage time and stress, and address procrastination issues
  • Develop new strategies including active studying, reading and note-taking, and exam preparation
  • Improve research, assignment completion and presentation skills
  • Navigate the University's academic systems and services

Ways to connect with a learning strategist

  • "Learning from home” themed discussions: talk to a learning strategist and fellow students about ways to learn from home, on topics such as time management, focus and procrastination, writer’s block and preparing for take-home exams. Details are available upon registration.
  • Appointments with a learning strategist: for one-to-one support online and by phone. New appointments will be added on a daily basis.
