Student Success Front Desk Chat team only collects personal information in order to assist in booking appointments. The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) requires the University of Toronto to store chat transcripts for a period of one year. At the end of your chat, you can print or email a transcript of your session.
