Communications

The Office of Student Life is responsible communication with students at the St. George Campus, and in collaboration with UTM and UTSC, students across the University. Specific vehicles and publications managed by Student Life include:

  • Current Students Site – the institutional gateway websites for new, current and graduating students: Start at U of T | Life at U of T | Graduation and Beyond
  • Ulife – the central directory of recognized student groups, opportunities and events.
  • The Parents & Families of Students website – a gateway into the University web environment for parents, guardians and other family members of current U of T students.

  • Intuit: your guide to student life at U of T – published annually each August and distributed to new students, in three different editions (St. George, Scarborough, Mississauga). (Order copies)
  • GradNav: navigating graduate student community at U of T – published annually and distributed to graduate students at the St. George Campus
  • Connections: a guide to identifying and referring students in difficulty – distributed to faculty and staff.  (Order copies)
  • The Arts & Science E-newsletter – published monthly in partnership with the Faculty of Arts & Science and distributed to all current Arts & Science students
  • Grad School E-newsletter – published monthly in partnership with the School of Graduate Studies and distribted to all current graduate students
  • Parent & Family E-newsletter - published quarterly and distributed to all subscribers.
  • Ulife Zoom Posters – a monthly calendar of events and opportunities distributed through the Zoom frames in campus washrooms
In addition, Student Life hosts a number of blogs, hundreds of student organization websites and facilitates the provision of community space within the U of T Portal (Blackboard) for student organizations.
