Join us for an interactive session with U of T's one-stop resource for active, healthy fun, to discover how physical activity can improve the way you perform in the classroom by lowering stress levels, improving sleep patterns and boosting concentration. This interactive MoveU session will also feature a mindfulness activity to emphasize the correct mindset and the importance of allowing time for exercise amidst your studies.
