Searching for rentals in Toronto? Using the Off-Campus Housing Finder is a great way to start!

Here are 3 ways you can use the tool:

Refine your search

View off-campus listings near each U of T campus by logging in with your UTORid. Use filters to narrow down your search by price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, building type and more!

Find a U of T roommate

Interested in living with another U of T student? Use the roommate finder and create a profile based on your interests, roommate and housing preferences. You can find someone to search for housing with or someone who already has a unit.

Download housing resources

Find resources on topics such as looking for a place, neighbourhood safety, fire prevention, maintenance and pest control, landlord issues, moving out, subletting and more.

You can also download handy checklists to help you view potential housing options and assess roommate compatibility.

Reminder: Beware of housing scams

Treat every listing as a potential scam, even the ones you find on the Housing Finder. Stay safe and learn how to spot housing scams to protect yourself from fraud.
