If you’ve always wondered how to affect change in your community, how great ideas are generated and big decisions are made, this five-session workshop will help you explore these questions and more.

Join students from UTM, UTSC and UTSG to connect with others and learn about community advocacy, social enterprise and social change by visiting community partners throughout the GTA.

Sponsored by: Centre for Community Partnerships, UTSC Department of Student Life, U of T Campus and Community Development, and Hart House.

What Students had to say about the experience last year:

"It was such a fun experience, I got to meet people and got to explore Toronto more. I also got to hear people talk about their passion."

"I liked getting to go to a lot of different places, talking to and getting to know others, and hearing people in the community talk about what is important to them and how and why they do what they do."

"I enjoyed going to a variety of new places, getting exposed to places of change, and experiencing knowledge in action."

"The term community can be so so complex and diverse it was interesting to hear lots of peoples' different perspectives on what it meant to them."
