Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Application

This application form is for the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship, and is open to students who wish to intern or conduct research in Commonwealth countries for a minimum of 90 days. The award selection committee endeavours to match the best applicant to the award, based on the criteria of the award.

OUTBOUND SCHOLARS: Application Requirements & Documentation


In order to complete your application for a Queen Elizabeth Scholarship, please submit the following application documents:

  • A Resumé
  • A Letter of Recommendation from a graduate or undergraduate supervisor
  • An unofficial transcript
  • A brief essay (no more than 500 words) outlining the reasons for applying to the scholarship. Please see below for more information.
