How it works

Over the course of the academic year student leaders can attend a series of leadership activities including a full-day conference, orientation seminars, workshops and networking sessions.

Participating in the ULead Program also qualifies a group to be eligible for office space by earning ULead Points.

To be eligible for office space, group leaders must collect a minimum of five (5) ULead points (1 point in each category) through their participation in the ULead program. Find more information on getting ULead points

Also, student leaders who complete the ULead program (1 ULead point in each category for a total of 5 points) will receive a certificate and notation on their Co-Curricular Record.

Summer ULead (½ day)

Back by popular demand we are offering ULead in the summertime. It’s our regular ULead workshops but with a twist! In the summer you can attend back to back workshops and earn up to 3 ULead points per day (1 point per workshop). We have intentionally packaged these workshops so that you can build your skills as the day progresses. You have the option to sign up for the whole day or individual workshops. Please note that lunch (pizza) is included for people registered for the whole day.
