Better Coping Skills Online Workshop

The Better Coping Skills Online Workshop series online is available to students who want to develop strategies they can use in your everyday life, to help engage in more balanced thinking and to deal with negative emotions.

It was designed by counsellors working in Health & Wellness at the University of Toronto with you in mind and is meant to be a first step and should be used to complement other supportive resources such as your family, friends and community.

Note that once you’ve enrolled in this online module and completed the introductory module, you will have the option of attending in-person group drop-in sessions to discuss your progress. Click here for more information on drop-in sessions.
