All questions are mandatory and your information is private and confidential. Please have your resumé, cover letter, complete transcript / academic history as currently displayed on ROSI, Co-Curricular Record (if your CCR is not up to date, provide the missing details in your resumé), and availability / non-availability for the period June 1 – April 30, ready to upload when you begin filling out this form. There are specific instructions relevant to all of these documents below.

All applicants must submit a cover letter maximum 2 pages, briefly highlighting your skills and abilities in the following areas:

a.       one (1) experience overcoming an academic and / or personal challenge by making use of university resources;

b.       one (1) experience positively impacting a team;

c.       one (1) experience facilitating a group;

d.       one (1) experience as a Mentor / Mentee or equivalent participation;

e.       one (1) experience making learning fun!;

f.        one (1) experience contributing to equity, diversity and inclusion.
