As staff or faculty member (the mentee) you will be matched up with a student and have the opportunity to take part in a mentoring relationship which will allow you to see U of T through eyes of a student.

This program is for staff or faculty members who wish to have meaningful interactions with the "average" student and enhance their skills in empowering students to take on active roles in their community.

It is essential that you be available to attend the two group meetings to fully participate in this program.

The sessions take place on January 25 (12 noon - 2:30 pm) and March 29 (noon to 2 p.m.).

There will also be three individual meetings scheduled in coordination with your mentor between the meetings.
