We can work with you if you suspect you have a disability or are in the process of obtaining documentation.
Accessibility Services does not provide services to diagnose disabilities but we can review with you any difficulties you are experiencing and, if appropriate, suggest referrals for assessment. Usually, we recommend students start with their family doctor, if they have one.
Book an appointment with our Intake Coordinator & Team Lead for all ranges/types of disability-related concerns. You may also book an appointment with our Accessibility Services Facilitator for mental health or attentional concerns. We encourage you to complete our Online Student Intake Form prior to your appointment.
How to Book an Appointment
Intake Coordinator: For all ranges/types of disability-related concerns
Including acquired brain injury, attentional, autism, chronic health, mental health, physical, sensory, learning disability and temporary.
if you require support in arranging a 30-minute appointment with the Intake Coordinator & Team Lead, contact our reception desk through the Accessibility Services Portal or 416-978-8060.
If you suspect you might have a learning disability or ADHD, complete our Online Student Intake Form prior to meeting with our Intake Coordinator & Team Lead.
Accessibility Facilitator: For mental health or attentional concerns
Drop-in Schedule: (3) 20-minute drop-ins per day
- Tuesdays from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. (drop-in registration opens at 2:00 p.m.)
- Fridays from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. (drop-in registration opens at 9:30 a.m.)

Drop-in Instructions:
- Drop-ins are offered in person only and are subject to availability.
- Students must check in at the front desk upon arrival.
