Update from Student Crisis Response, Progress & Support

We remain open and available to provide support to faculty and staff seeking assistance in supporting students. As of Wednesday, March 18, 2020, we will predominately be providing our services remotely through phone and video conferencing (via Skype for Business). We hope to be able to return to standard operations in the coming weeks.

We remain dedicated to ensuring our services remain accessible and uphold our commitment to support the University community. In-person meetings will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Our office hours remain the same: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. For new cases, we ask that faculty and staff continue to call 416-946-7111 or email Laura Bercuson at laura.bercuson@utoronto.ca.
