Coming Summer 2026
Get ready to take part in a new program developed by the Multi-Faith Centre and Student Engagement. This program will help you build the skills to host, mediate and facilitate dialogue across difference.
What you’ll gain
Build practical skills you can use in your personal life, your studies and your future career. Through this program, you’ll learn how to:
- Build understanding and respect for diverse lived experiences
- Strengthen self-awareness and understanding of identity
- Facilitate meaningful and challenging conversations with care and confidence
- Support groups through conflict, tension and disagreement
- Build strong relationships, community responsibility and civic engagement
This program focuses on both theoretical learning and real-world practice, so you can apply what you learn in academic and co-curricular settings.
The Dialogue Across Difference program builds on learning already offered through Student Life including: the Interfaith Leadership Certificate, Communication and Conflict Resolution Series, Exploring Gender Justice, World Interfaith Harmony Week and the Leadership and Equity Series.
