We’ve got the recipe for considering how eating habits can interfere with your wellness. The secret ingredient? Combine relaxation and mindfulness with practical nutritional knowledge.
You’ll learn how to:
- Explore healthy eating as fuel for life.
- Discover the ways food impacts your mood.
- Experiment with relaxation and mindfulness techniques.
Clinicians host 2-hour virtual workshops once during the fall and winter terms.
Note: Student wishing to participate in the mindful eating meditation exercises, please have a small piece of chocolate (any type) and a small box of raisins (grapes, or any small food item will do) on hand.
DISCLAIMER: This is not a diet or weight-loss program or a treatment for individuals with an eating disorder.
