          If you have a concern about a student service located on the St. George Campus, your first step is to talk to the Director of the service.

          If your concern has not been resolved after taking this step, your second step should be to contact the Executive/Senior Director of the service.

Learning strategist appointments

Appointments can fill up quickly. Check booking sites often or explore workshops and meet with peer mentors.

Book a virtual or in-person appointment with a learning strategist for individualized support.

Book an appointment with a learning strategist

All St. George students can book appointments with learning strategists through CLSS or their college or faculty.

Log in to Folio to book with a learning strategist.

Folio shows appointments for all students, grad students and those at the colleges and faculty listed:

  • New College
  • St. Michael’s College
  • Trinity College
  • University College
  • Victoria College
  • Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education (KPE)

When contacting us, please provide your name, student number, phone number, college or faculty, and the reason for your appointment.

Check back often for appointment slots

Learning strategist appointments fill up quickly, especially during busy times. New appointments open daily, two weeks in advance.

Other ways to get learning support
  • Meet with a Centre for Learning Strategy Support (CLSS) peer mentor for help with studying, setting and achieving goals, preparing a study schedule, and navigating the University’s structures and services.
  • Explore the events and programs available at the CLSS.

We help you identify and achieve your learning goals. You have a lot more going on in your life than just academic responsibilities, so we tailor our learning supports to fit you.
