You’ll learn how to:

Clinicians host 2-hour virtual workshops once during the fall and winter terms.
Note: Student wishing to participate in the mindful eating meditation exercises, please have a small piece of chocolate (any type) and a small box of raisins (grapes, or any small food item will do) on hand.
